At Homeline Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup; for smaller decor, use the provided prepaid shipping label at any authorized drop-off point.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
